How website enquiries are handled
The enquiry form is for brief first contact only. Please do not use it to share diagnoses, trauma history or detailed clinical information.
Last updated: August 2026Who is responsible
Sarah Lloyd Jones is the data controller for information sent through this website. You can contact Sarah about privacy by using the enquiry form.
Information collected and why
The form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, contact preference, enquiry type and a brief message. It is used only to respond and to take steps at your request before a possible therapy agreement. The lawful basis is UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b). If the information includes health data, it is processed with your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a). It is not used for marketing or automated decision-making.
Delivery and sharing
FormSubmit is used to deliver the form to Sarah’s private email inbox. The website host and email provider also process only the technical information needed to operate the site and deliver the message. Information is not sold or shared for advertising. FormSubmit states that unconfirmed submissions may be retained for up to 30 days.
How long it is kept
If therapy does not begin, enquiry information is normally deleted within 12 months of the last contact, unless it is needed for a legal or regulatory reason. If therapy begins, relevant information may become part of the client record and the practice’s separate clinical retention policy applies.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, or withdraw consent where consent is relied on. These rights are not always absolute. Use the enquiry form to contact Sarah. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not create marketing profiles. Any technical storage used by the hosting platform is limited to what is necessary for security and operation.
